Extremely High-Quality Work & Exceptional Service on a Complex Project Last summer, I hired B&B Property Services for a large, multi-faceted project involving a 230-linear-foot cedar privacy fence, a custom fabricated dual-swing gate, and significant concrete flatwork, including a decorative retaining wall and a sloped ramp. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a level of craftsmanship and professionalism that is truly rare in the industry. As a licensed architect, I approached this project with a high bar for technical execution and specific material requirements. We utilized Postmaster steel posts and hand-selected Western Red Cedar pickets, but the centerpiece was a custom 14’5” powder-coated steel gate frame. Ed and every one of his crew members were fantastic collaborators, working seamlessly with my CAD drawings to translate a complex design into a perfectly functioning reality. Their attention to detail was evident throughout—from the precise grading for drainage to the beautiful stamped texture and color additive on the retaining walls. What truly sets B&B apart is their ability to coordinate diverse trades—fencing, masonry, and technical fabrication—all under one roof. This saved an immense amount of time and ensured the project remained cohesive. Furthermore, the team consistently went above and beyond the strict confines of the contract; they were proactive in identifying potential site issues and resolving them before they could impact the schedule. Ed and crew did a fence and gate project for us. They were great to work with and we are very happy with the result! It immediately upgraded our backyard space and makes looking out the windows at the backyard much more pleasing. Additionally, they adjusted and met requests during the job without a problem.
