I highly recommend Blues to Bach! Went in yesterday to get my daughter her clarinet and all around it was such an amazing experience! Jeff went above and beyond when helping her learn how to care for her instrument, put it together and take it apart. He took his time with answering all of her questions and provided such great customer service! Thank you, Jeff!

I decided to take up a new hobby and try and teach myself guitar and in the midst of tuning (no experience whatsoever) i snapped a string. I went up to get the string replaced. Told my mishap to the employees and made me feel less dumb for snapping it. I was in an out in under 10 minutes. The guys there were super laid back and still professional. Replaced the string, tuned it for me and wished me luck. If I need anything else this will be the place I go! Good job guys! 🤝👍🏽

Best instrument store ever! The owner is very sweet and caring,he loves chatting with customers. Not only that but also he explains to you everything step by step.If you’re new to orchestra or band,or perhaps with any instrument in general..they will give you the most warm and supportive welcoming, explaining to you what you will need for your instrument. The staff there aswell are very kind and friendly with kids and try their best to communicate with non-english speakers. Overall,I love this place,it’s home for me.

I got a set up on my acoustic guitar that I had been struggling to play due to the strings sitting too far away from the fretboard. It was a super quick turnaround, I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and picked it up Monday after work, and its fantastic! It looks beautiful and plays better than when I first got it almost 10 years ago. Everyone I interacted with was super nice both over the phone and in person. My only complaint is that my fingers hurt from playing it too much last night!

Needed to get electrical work done on my G&L Legacy strat. People working there are real knowledgeable and honest about the work. They told me it should be done in a few days and was done wayy before expected. They do all work in-house so they don’t send it off site like some places may do and they are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and won’t over charge. They even gave some tips on small repairs you could do yourself at home. When I picked it up they even tightened up some of my tone knobs and cleaned up the guitar a little bit. Brought in another guitar right away for set up work.
