The guys were able to get me in super fast on the same day! They were very nice, thorough, and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable. They are upfront about costs and don't try to push anything on you. I am most definitely coming here in the future for what my car needs going forward. Thank you guys!
I ran over some nails. I drove into a tire store and asked if they could/would fix them. I told them I saw two nails. After a looonnnggg time to even get it in the shop they said it was ready to go. One nail. I said I saw two. They said no. From then on I had a slow leak in that tire. Took it to another place. Said there was nothing. I went months adding air every week or two. As a last resort I took it to Discount Tire in Brookfield. They were prompt. Found the nail. Plugged and patched it FREE and then thanked me for coming to them. All around probably the best service I've had. I had zero doubts where I'm buying my tires when I need them.... I ran over some nails. I’ve been going to Bluemound Car Care since they opened, and I consistently choose them before taking my vehicles to the dealer. They are always honest, precise, and fair. Most recently, I called ahead for a tire repair and, as usual, the experience was seamless. Logan and Nick were professional, straightforward, and efficient from start to finish.
