bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of San Antonio

We've used Bluefrog for a few different things. They are the first place we call for plumbing concerns. This last time they replaced a number of our hose faucets and fixed the line that feeds our pool. Edgar was great! He has excellent customer service and communication and did a great job!

They were great. They arranged my warranty repair and were prompt to come when parts arrived. Technician (Eddy) was very cordial and kept me well informed.

They sent out an excellent technician to figure out problems with our Rinnai tankless water heater. We decided to replace it, and the installation tech was super courteous and hard working for the installation. They had to schedule a follow up visit to install the wiring connection for the remote the following day. Bottom line: 3 excellent techs on 3 different days. The new heater is working great. There were a few hiccups with the scheduling of arrival times at the house, all else was good!

Paul came out and was able to determine what the issue was pretty quickly. There was a lot of work that needed to be done. He took the task on was very professional about the whole process. Paul did find other issues along the way, filled us in, and helped us make the best decision for the cost of the work. I would definitely recommend BlueFrog plumbing to my other friends and family.
