I was very happy that our fence repair and new gate installation was completed within an hour. I was sent a live tracking when the guys were on their way, so I knew when to expect them. The gate is an improvement on our original gates installed 3 years ago - they now have lockable latches!
I buy supplies from here and they are the best to work with. Easy to communicate, on time, and quality is amazing. Trinidad and Jeremy are top notch. Highly recommend!!
Mostly quality materials, excellent communication and scheduling, pretty terrible craftsmanship and attention to detail. Cedar boards miscut, uneven, installed out of plumb, and with random nails driven in the middle that are a huge safety concern. Crew left lots of very sharp aluminum scraps and nails. Overall looks fine-ish at first glance, but obviously shoddy workmanship. They said they would come out to fix it, but no-call no-show seems to be the norm. Update: Received a call from the owner and a few text messages from others wanting to come fix the issues. I followed up and said I would love to have them corrected, but then it's radio... Just in case anyone was wondering if the comments left by the company on these reviews are genuine: they don't seem to be. Just a PR effort to appear interested in doing right by customers, so brings it down to a 1-star at least.
Unexpectedly ran into an irrigation line. I am very pleased with how the install crew handled the situation and we were able to reroute the fence appropriately. Highly recommend them for your fencing needs.
