Tim did a phenomenal job repairing my laptop computer when the hard drive failed. I was impressed with how fast he got the work done, and the fee was very reasonable. I'd absolutely recommend Blue Ridge Computers without hesitation. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Tim from Blue Ridge Computers is the perfect example of everything I love about Blue Ridge. This is a man who's main driver is helping. I have an arcade from a company I purchased that went out of business, so when that arcade started having issues i couldn't find help. Being that it's basically a computer in an arcade cabinet, Tim was my hail Mary call and he has come through in every way possible. This wasn't his typical service call but he still wanted to try to help and he definitely did. He was able to fix my issue and every time an issue has come up he has come through with a great attitude and fantastic service. This last call he basi... Very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind staff. The shop owner not only determined a hardware issue my laptop was having, but he also clearly & concisely guided me through the options available to me to resolve that computer hardware issue. I will be returning to this computer repair shop in the future if assistance is needed again with my computer.
