Ridiculous. Took 2 hours to replace 2 tires. First of all they used the tires they set aside for this car on another car and told me they'd have to reschedule. Then they tried to upsell me an extra 100 dollars for more expensive tires. On top of that no one told me that the car was done. I walked out in the parking lot to look for it. Wouldn't take my bicycle back here let alone a car

I took my car in for a new battery, found out I needed new wiring to the negative terminal along with a new battery. Once I got my car back I had sooooo many problems so I kept coming back to get it fixed. After 4 weeks of headaches and appointments, I was told my issue was something to do with the wiring so I had to take my car somewhere else. I took my car elsewhere only to find out whoever was working on my car installed my battery monitor sensor incorrectly which was the cause of all the issues I was having with my car…. Would not recommend to anyone. Not worth the headache!!!!

Not a good experience. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 2:00. Was told when I got there that they may not have time for the tire rotation. I then was able to get assurance that it would be done. They performed the oil change but needed to obtain the filter from Advance auto parts. They waited for the filter to be delivered but while waiting did not do the tire rotation, even though the car remained on the hoist. They completed the oil change and removed the vehicle from the garage. They stated they didn’t have the time to do the tire rotation.
