Randy and Arnez were the gentlemen that were assigned to install my holiday lights on my home today. I received all advising that they were on their way. These young men were here from around 8:30am to 5:00pm.
They were very courtesy and meticulous about their work. They kept me informed throughout the day.When some of the lights weren’t measured correctly to cover the area, they reached out to the office to get it corrected & have more products brought to them to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

We have had a contract for checking for mice in our basement, and today we canceled our contract because it was horrible service. The person came at 4:30 PM and we had to provide them a ladder, a flashlight, and then they had the nerve to ask if we had a mouse bag!!! We were appalled that this worker was unprepared! Furthermore, he only stayed 5-10 minutes at most, and then said (without having a bag since he wasn't prepared) "Oh good news, no mice!") We aren't believing that report. We do not want to pay for this visit. Currently having blades of Green for the past three years, this is by far the WORST my flower bed has ever looked. They come out here monthly to spray for weeds, but yet my whole flower bed is infested with 4 foot and 6 foot weeds. I wish Google allowed videos. I bought weed killer from Lowe’s and seen better results, INSTANT within days. I’m definitely considering not renewing & canceling all services at the end of the year because I’m CLEARLY wasting my money. I’ve taken pictures, and Videos. The Techs have taken videos and escalated the issue several times but we have yet to get a follow up call, Email, Or even a curiosity Pop up.
