The whole team is awesome. Eric and crew are very knowledgeable and extremely great to work with. They take their time and make sure you get the exact product and color perfect for your space. Gus and the installation team did a phenomenal job. Check them out for yourself.
I was in a rough spot where the carpet we had picked from another company was back ordered but we needed our carpet to be installed within several days. Matt was so helpful and worked with us getting the carpet picked out, someone to come that day to measure and an installation time on the day needed. Very pleased with our experience with Blacks. We were pulling up carpet in a basement room and replacing with a glue down vinyl. The sales team was helpful, friendly and not pushy. Once we decided on a product, it only took two weeks from ordering to installation. Looks great. Would definitely recommend and use again.
