The work crews for both the roofing and gutters were friendly and efficient. They did a great job with some changes I requested for rerouting a gutter downspout, and I was extremely impressed with how well everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. In July 2025, we got hammered with a hail storm. When this happens, roofing companies may show up at our door with their business cards, and typically we immediately toss the cards. For whatever reason, when Adam showed up we decided to take a chance and go with Black Hills Exteriors. We are very happy that we did! From the start, Adam was very attentive and responsive, showing up on time and getting our questions answered. We know he had other customers and projects happening, but he made it seem like we were the most important. We also have 4 sheds that needed roofs and staining. Adam coordinated all of the work and even advised us on how to communicate with the insurance company regarding work we did ourselves. He was willing to give his opinion on colors and materials and was respectful of our budget when it came to upgrades. All in all, we are extremely happy with the results and the whole experience working with Adam. We highly recommend Black Hills Exteriors.
