Horrible Service. Have never experience something like this before. You walk in there's no one available in the front desk. The current supervisor (as of 7/31/23) very arrogant. I do not recommend doing business at this Tire Center not worth your money and time.
I ordered tires online however I guess when I called for a refund, the man I spoke to said it has been happening to other customers as well. So after I bought them I drove all the way to this stoughton location and then realized in the email, I was scheduled to get them replaced in New Hampshire. When I called the new hampshire location they said they would contact some people and have it delivered to the stoughton one and I would just reschedule the appointment there. I went in and explained to the man what had happened. He said they cant do that and it's just better to refund and buy it there. But i didnt want to go through the whole refund... And the new hampshire store told me otherwise. He kept fighting with me and I got fed up and left. Men at the new hampshire store were very nice. Man at stoughton store was not.he probably wanted some comission off of me which, no, I'm not gonna do that. I understand mistakes happen, i also work in a service industry, but that's NOT how you treat a customer.
Had to come here three separate times just to get my tires properly balanced. First time, they installed new tires but didn’t balance them — car was shaking right away. I went back, but the tech had already left and the only one there was still in training, so I had to go home and come back again the next morning. When I came back the second time, they balanced the front tires but completely missed the rear ones, so I still had the same issue on the drive home. Had to go back a third time just to get that fixed. I ended up spending most of the day there — like 8 AM to 1:30 PM. I get that the shop is really understaffed and the team is doing... Had to come here three separate times just to get my tires properly balanced. First time, they installed new tires but didn’t balance them — car was shaking right away. I went back, but the tech had already left and the only one there was still in training, so I had to go home and come back again the next morning. When I came back the second time, they balanced the front tires but completely missed the rear ones, so I still had the same issue on the drive home. Had to go back a third time just to get that fixed. I ended up spending most of the day there — like 8 AM to 1:30 PM. I get that the shop is really understaffed and the team is doing their best (the manager is apparently on a 2-month vacation), but this was a frustrating experience overall. Just want folks to be aware — triple check your service before you leave.
