I had some concerns after a cleaning. The team there went out of there way, including stopping by after hours, to walk me through the details of my unit and alleviate my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone in the valley. Excellent customer service.

Chad, came to my place right away and on time. He helped me troubleshoot my gas fireplace. As a retired technician myself, I feel I know what it takes to be a good technician.I replaced all fire related components and it still wouldn't work. He was able to find a small but important problem with the double wall flu. Something that you wont find on YouTube. He definitely knows his trade.
