HIGHLY RECOMMEND Damani & Jay installed a garbage disposal (new install). They were friendly, explained in lay terms what needed to be done, showed me it's features - it's a batch disposal instead of continuous feed. They even shared some plumbing things to watch for, and as a new homeowner I really appreciated it! They left my kitchen in perfect condition. Thank you so much!
The Bison team did a great job removing the bad section of drain, replacing with pvc, and back filling the hole. Density testing was performed for each foot of sand they placed in the hole.Provided temporary patch for the side walk. Great job guys!
The plumbers Vern and Vern (father and son) were to my house and right off the bat they told me the cost so there was nothing hidden from me, and they found the problem I was having. They were very thorough with their explanation and showed me using their snake camera what the issue is. Unfortunately I have to have pipe replaced because the cast iron pipe corroded. My home is 66 years old. They told me what the price would be to replace it but they also gave me other options that would only be temporary. They were very polite and answered all questions that I had. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I also have used them in the past and have... Wearing shoe covers what's a big plus for me. So after the above I decided to have the pipes hydrojetted by Rick and Mason from Bison. It should last a while now. They did a great job. Showed me video of the pipes after cleaning and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with Bison plumbing.
