Bindel's

Excellent service, both in-store and with delivery. We originally bought a refrigerator through a local big box store and had several issues with both refrigerators and deliveries not being completed. We went to Bindel’s and experienced great customer service explaining all of the options available. Our special order was quicker than we expected. The replacement water line required more work than any of us expected, and the servicemen (Kurt and Adam) went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked perfectly before they left. Bindels is a great place to purchase appliances and or appliance parts including Speed Queen washers and dryers.

We were in need of a freezer urgently because the one we bought from Menards broke. The staff at Bindel's are very knowledgeable and explained the different types and helped us figure out what would work best for us. We hurried home to get our truck and they loaded it. It was a very pleasant and quick process. They also service what they sell which is why we went there first. We will definitely go there again for future appliances.

My experience here was fantastic! They were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and offered a superior product at a great price. I highly recommend this organization!
