BIM Heating & Cooling is the best! I have a fairly new home and signed up for the maintenance plan and Jason came out right on time, he was super professional. He made me feel very comfortable as I am a widow where my husband used to take care of this kind of stuff. Thanks Jason, you're the BEST! I highly recommend BIM as they actually go over & beyond. BIM replaced one HVAC unit for us about a month ago. It was a great experience. Then when our second (older) unit started making an electrical burning smell, you can imagine the joy (ok, dread) we felt knowing we might have to replace a second unit so soon. Luckily, Jason came out and successfully diagnosed the problem. The part was still pricey, but they worked with us AND gave that current unit a really thorough checkup to insure they were putting an expensive part into a unit that truly does have some life left in it.
