Just stopped in for a quick visit and found a nice Gretsch at a good price. I spent time talking with Willie, he was great. I’m looking forward to attending some picking events in the near future. It’s a small shop with more acoustics than electrics, but they service everything. Even though they were closing up for the day , Willie opened up for me and spent plenty of time getting to know me.

Great venue. Great sound. Friendly and welcoming to bluegrass jammers.

Bill’s is an amazing place to come hear bluegrass music! Hear great shows for only $5 or $10, bring your instrument to do some picking yourself, and enjoy the warm hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere. As a performing band, we absolutely loved playing here and can’t wait to come back in October!! (Headin’ Home Bluegrass) 🎸All the people here are the greatest. This music store is a little piece of history that Willie Wells is carrying on. 🎶

I really and truly loved it. My wife and I have both been invited by my wife’s uncle and there was a live band that was there called Mountain Highway and they were great. Y’all check out the band and y’all won’t be disappointed. Y’all, please go check out this place as well

I usually embrace all types of music shops and support local owners. What I experienced today is pure disgust with the owner of this shop. His store opened in 10 minutes and he had an empty parking lot. The nationwide Monk Peace Walk was passing by at that moment we needed just a few minutes and I offered to be a customer and purchase something when he opens in 10 minutes. He said he was not interested and wanted me to move in which I did. I will not bring my business to someone who acts like that with no good reason. We want peace not anger.
