Absolutely fantastic company! Both individuals were very professional and friendly, even at the end of a busy day. They came directly to our house, and we had our new keys within 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service. We were completely dead in the water at a hotel in Billings when my key fob for a 2015 Ram 3500 stopped working. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue on the spot, and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism were clear from the moment he arrived and the price was more than fair. Thanks to him we were able to stay on schedule with our job. If anyone is in need of a locksmith, these are the people to call. I was locked out of my rental car, my wallet inside. I only had 50 minutes until my flight. Within 20 minutes I was in the car and heading to the terminal. Fast, friendly, efficient, and very fair priced. I highly recommend
Awesome locksmith, was here in about 15 minutes and maybe 5 minutes later fixed my issue. Was polite and professional and very understanding when I explained my issue. Price was a little high but not crazy, overall can't recommend anyone else.
Called the first company Google brought up when husband and I locked ourselves out doing laundry. They don’t have an option for remote pay other than giving you card information over the phone. Came out within 30 minutes of our call on a Saturday evening. Fast service but be prepared to pay over the phone otherwise owner will tell you to call around and he won’t make the drive which I also understand as a business owner but options would be nice for customers not wanting to give out personal information. Would call again if necessary, paid $150 which I thought was fair for it being a weekend and late night. Edit: changing my review after poor... I don’t have any issues with giving proof of residency or a business owner checking my ID but I do however think you should look into other options for your clients not wanting to give out CREDIT CARD information over the phone.
