Billings Deck Creations connected up with a contractor that ended up being a fraud. He never even started the project that he requested an up-front fee of almost $900 for doing, and only visited us to ask for more contract money, gas money, and money “just to help him out.” We finally told the contractor/fraud we found via Billings Deck Creations to never come to the house again, and had to call the cops because he kept visiting us only to ask for more money. This scammer walked away with almost $900 and did absolutely NOTHING on the project for which he was contracted. Would recommend never using this website

The crew was professional and well mannered around my children and wife. They cleaned up after each day, with as little imposition on my family and I as possible, for a project of this scale. They started when they said they would & they finished when they said they would finish. As a professional tradesman myself I was very impressed. I will absolutely be using this company again. Billings Deck creations has been served by me. With a final warning/demand to complete projects on my property. And will be served with a termination of contract and work by tomorrow. Contractor failed to get necessary permits for building. Contractor repeatedly refused to provide license and insurance after being asked. He lied to me when I did ask about it. And workmanship has been extremely poor for the amount requested for the job. Contractors employees showed up late every day. No communication or calls about start time. Trash left behind.
