Needed a complete re-key of all interior and exterior doors of my business. They were able to come out same day, and make dozens of extra keys, on the spot! Every keys was marked so we knew what door it was for. Solid sturdy brass keys. He upgraded the front door lock and even fixed the lock on a door that had been giving me trouble for years without me even asking! He just noticed that it wasn’t working properly and fixed it at no charge. Highly recommended, stellar customer service, you can tell they really care about what they’re doing, and they do a fantastic job! The only company I will keep using for keys, locks, etc. is Bilco! 🤩👏🏻

We needed replacement keys for cabinet locks at our restaurant and needed them fast. I was able to take a lock in and get new keys cut immediately.

Went inside planning to ask a quote to fix my car fob, thinking that I needed a new battery. The kind representative with an awesome red beard opened it and checked the battery, said that the battery was fine. Then he opened the mechanism to find that there was a built up of grease and dirt under all the contract points on the buttons. He cleaned it up, and now my fob works just fine. I asked how much it would be and he told me it was on the house. I'm coming back here for all of my future key needs.
