They won’t honor Trek’s trial period if you buy a trek online or directly from bk and have it assembled here. You’ll think you’re under treks umbrella, but you’re not. They won’t mention it until after they’ve received their non-refundable money. The owner has terrible customer service skills.
Super friendly guy. We came in to fix my sons brakes on his racing bike. He had pulled too hard trying to fix them himself. He fixed them right on the spot and told us the backstory about a pump track we had no idea about right here in town. We went and my son had a blast. Said his brakes are better than they ever were. Definitely gained a lifetime customer.
