Big Reds Guaranteed Clean is the only and I mean ONLY carpet cleaner I will ever use! My entire family and friends all swear by this company, too! Rex, the owner, is an absolute professional! I cannot give enough kudos to him and his staff! Not only are they fantastic to deal with —the results are SUPERIOR to ANY other carpet cleaning company around! THEY CAN TAKE THE DINGIEST, PUPPY-POTTIED CARPET AND MAKE IT LOOK BRAND SPANKIN NEW! NO JOKE! If I could give more stars I would! 100/10!

We have been a customer of Big Red Carpet cleaning for more than 30 years. We have always been very satisfied with both their service and pricing. our latest experience was NOT good. The communications between Big Red and us was poor. They missed several delivery deadlines for our oriental rugs with no advance notice. I had to CALL THEM several times to inquire about when they planned delivery.

I'm very picky about who I endorse - because recommending the best experiences I've had with local businesses & products is a big part of what I do for a living. Big Red's Guaranteed Cleaning took on a job of removing some nasty carpet at our home and and they did great work as you can see. Know this too - they do way more than just clean carpet - but they clean carpet like nobody else! KP Recommends!
