First off let me say the owner is nice enough but I took my computer here roughly three weeks ago for a sporadic overheating issue when it was under load. I figured while I’m having him work on it I’d ask to have the RAM upgraded to 32GB. I was initially told it would be roughly 3 days. He didn’t look at it for about a week. He said it wasn’t having any issues, but he’d replace the thermal paste for it. After three weeks waiting for this thing to be done I had to go get it. I was falling behind on my classes and work so it couldn’t wait any longer to have this thing back. Upon turning it on it immediately overheats just from booting. Edit: I took it to a guy in Cadillac and it was fixed in one day.

We bought our daughter a new phone to replace the one that had a broken and unusable screen on it and could not get the service set up because of the broken screen on the old phone. The owner was SUPER helpful and polite. At the end of the day, we couldn't get her new phone set up, no fault of his, we had to go directly to service provider to make it work. He wasn't going to charge me anything because he didn't "fix" the problem... I still paid some money because he was extremely helpful and took almost an hour and a half out of his day to try fixing the problem. My computer suddenly shutdown and wouldn't restart. I called and Mark got back with me promptly, he had my computer back up and running in record time, explained to me in layman's terms what the issues were, installed the updates and recommended antivirus and malware software. If I could give him a 10 star review I would. Highly recommend his services, top of the line customer service and very reasonable prices.
