Big O Tires Jeffersonville - Allison Ln

Had them swap a tire over to a brand new rim and they scratched it all the way around, of course won’t do anything to fix it… do not recommend and have terrible customer service..

Even after my issue of getting a Lock Nut to remove my tires, They treated me like a customer. The work was done quickly and correctly. If I need anymore work on any of the vehicles I own, Big O will be my first choice. Also should out to the amazing Gentleman at the door when you walk in. Perfect in every way.

I visit the 2550 Allison Lane , Jeffersonville, Indiana location. My experience was awesome. The building is gorgeous . Amanda Vierling was wonderful. she answered all my question and concerns. Everyone was very professional.

I can’t even articulate how great this location is. I have never been here before, had kind of a weird tire need, AND I accidentally showed up on a Saturday of all days when they were getting ready to close. My daughter and I were helped by Leonardo Paniagua. I expected the Big O employees to be frustrated with me because I arrived without notice when they had to be ready to leave. I have been coming here for several years and have always received good service. I thought I needed some work done but the mechanic said I didn't, he just made a minor adjustment. They are quick and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I'm very happy with them.
