Raphael was amazing. He got with me the day I called. He was very kind and explained everything to me. He didn’t use a lot of shop talk or jargon talk. He was very realistic about the issues what I would need to have done and the poor repair that was probably done prior to my owning the home anytime someone will not ask for roofers. I highly recommend Big League Roofers. They did an excellent job installing our fortified roof. Raphael was our project manager. He did a great job with communication and service.
