Brought in my PC when I ran through every bit of troubleshooting I could to no avail, and he was able to diagnose and repair my pc within 48 hours. They gave me advice on future pc care and made good conversation in what was a very stressful time. Will definitely be bringing all my computer needs here in the future.

Absolutely stellar service!! I came in with a pc that has not been working for 3-4 years, and he got it working again! Will is super friendly and Oscar, his dog is super cute. He upgraded my PC's motherboard, gave me a new router and fixed the fans, my pc is working perfectly now! :)

i built a brand new pc. was having issues with the no display, but everything turned on. called him to see if he could help me. he did. got my pc back within a day (i did take it in later in the afternoon) found out that my ram slots was the issue. bought a new motherboard. after replacing everything i forgot that i had to do the windows 11 installation. i had a hard time getting it through. so i took it back to him to do. he got it working for me ! it’s hard to find someone now days that’ll actually take the time and effort to look at a pc. highly recommended

I called will with a problem with my desktop and not only did he help me get the problem solved, but he did it while he was shopping. Now that's what I call customer service!! Will is top on my list for computer service should anyone or myself need help with their computer or my laptop
