This was our first home renovation project/experience (non-bearing wall/bedroom addition) and it was Awesome. We decided to choose Bighorn after meeting with several renovation companies because they were professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. The entire renovation process was fairly smooth from begining to end. The few hiccups we had were due to our own personal busy schedule, but they were very flexible with us and accommodating . Mendell was our project manager and he kept us updated frequently on the timeline and what to expect during each step of the process. I had my master bathroom shower leak into my garage. Big Horn helped me out with every step of the process to replace my shower. My shower was a custom install previously, with electronic controls and multiple shower heads and sprayers - big horn took into account what I had previously and completely restored my shower to better than before condition. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends and family.
Long and Kayla were up front in their discussions with me and managed the project to my expectations.
