John has done other things for me in the past and while it seemed a little slow I thought he was just busy at the time being tourists were in town etc. He does good work but this time he has had my boots for months and I don't believe he has done anything to fix them. If he can't he should be able to say so and give them back so Dan over at Powell can get er done.
John did a great job dying and refurbishing my walking shoes. Very satisfied with his good service and expertise!
I shipped my boots here for a sole replacement from St. Louis. I have been to Cody, but never been to this store. I am beyond impressed with what they have done!! The boots fit perfect and feel broke in like I had them. I will continue to send my boots up here for repair!! In St. Louis we don’t have a lot of options on boot repair. 👍👍👍
