Thank you to Bigg Daddy Auto for checking out my car on such short notice! I'm currently on a journey across the USA when suddenly my engine light came on. They were able to diagnose the issue. My engine is about to give out and he had got it to work just enough for me to make it to Fargo. The owner and his wife where so kind and trustworthy. They had offered me a ride to the nearest Rental vehicle location in town and even offered me pizza. Not to mention my dog rolled in poop and they let me wash off my dog. I couldn't have been more blessed to have met them. I highly recommend them!

Fair, honest, and knowledgeable.
The owners and their family are truly lovely people. When my car broke down on 90 in North Dakota, they looked at my car right away, gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle, and even gave me a ride to my hotel. Big Daddy's is one of the best I've ever worked with, in any state in union!

Reading other reviews, I realize my situation was not unique. I also was traveling through on the highway in my motorhome and had my check engine light come on. After about an hour, Jared told me that he didn't find anything significant wrong and assured me it was safe to continue. The code was likely a loose gas cap issue. After a firm close on the gas cap the check engine light has not returned. I have replaced the gas cap. Thank you, thank you Big Daddy's. When I returned home to Idaho, I had a f/u question and Jared spent time to respond. Amazing service!! Sherry

Preface on this is that I am a mechanic and never have anyone else work on my vehicles.
We were on a trip from Montana to the midwest and broke down 20 miles east of Dickinson on a Friday at 3PM. After looking over my vehicle and doing what I could on the side of the interstate for an hour and coming to the result that I wouldnt be able to fix it there I started calling around. After talking to 3-4 closer shops (none of which could help me given the time and day) I was referred to Big Daddy's. I called Jarod and he said he could definitely look at our vehicle that night to be able to see if we could fix it the next day or if it was a bigger...Preface on this is that I am a mechanic and never have anyone else work on my vehicles.

I could tell from talking to him and going over what was going on that I could trust him with my vehicle, which is a pretty high bar. He stayed late that night to get to a point where we had an answer of if it was fixable that next day or not. We found that it was not and ended up renting a car to continue our trip. While gone Jarod diagnosed what was wrong which was thankfully not a major repair. He had it fixed for us to be able to pick it up on our trip back home and also helped get a new tire on our vehicle as we had a blow out the same day as the break down. I would recommend anyone in this area needing a mechanic to go to Big Daddy's. Jarod was incredible, his wife works there as well and was very communicative and kept us in the loop, and he even has some of his kids working there too. It is a wonderful family operation. From one mechanic to another, you are doing great work!
