I had never been to Big A. I only went there because I needed a convenient way to drop off one of our vehicles somewhere over the last weekend and I saw they had nightly drop off.
I didn't have an appointment for anything. Just had purchased a salvage title vehicle that I needed to get checked out.
The entire process with these guys was absolutely amazing. The details with their inspection was top notch.
Zach was really helpful, we spoke on the phone a few times. They went well above and beyond any expectations I had.
