Needed my laptop screen/deck replaced due to broken hinge and cracked screen. A replacement part was ordered and my laptop was in great shape in less than a week! Excellent service!!!

I would give Tom and his services a rating of 10 ! He had taking on a very tenuous task of getting an older laptop to convert to a new model and was not easy. He ordered several peripherals in order to get my monitor to work and when they failed he did not stop working on the fix. He spent endless hours working alternative solutions to the issue. Finally found the answer which took several days and many hours. Never asked for compensation he was only concerned about customer satisfaction. The reason why he has been in business for such a long time is because he is excellent in what he does!100% recommend his services!

So, I brought it back - they removed the cover and insisted the battery had been removed by someone else. That is ridiculous. The computer was in my home - in my possession during the Christmas-New years weeks and No One but Bhosted has ever had their hands in it! Still, they would not accep...
