Such an incredible garage door repair company. We hired them because our garage door was acting up and we didn't know why. They came out and did an amazing job finding the issues with the garage door and coming ready to repair it. I am super happy with the services.
This company is NOT ethical. DO NOT USE THEM. I searched on google and they came up with a Bristol address, so i gave them a shot. Turns out that is a fictious address. I called them to replace the lift spring on my fathers garage door. This is a $20 part from home depot and about 1 hours work and they charged my 89 year old father $3,161.92 for what should have been a $250 to $300 job. I call them to dispute it and got the run around for a few days. Then the owner, a women, called me to get my side of the story and she agreed that would be way too much to charge for that job. They committed fraud against my elderly grandfather up charging him $2300. They're address is also fake, they are an untrustworthy company. They also have a person who answers the phone and then tells you they're an answering machine if you inquire about any wrong doing and hangs up which is crazy.
I hired this amazing garage door repair company to come out and look at my garage door that was acting really weird. They found the issue and repaired it right away! Truly impressed with the overall services.
