Called Tom when we noticed the freezer was not working and the fridge was warm. They called in the morning to ask diagnostics questions, came over to check it out before lunch, had parts in hand before the day was done to fix it. Fastest and cleanest repair to an appliance I have ever seen. Not only did Tom fix the broken part, he happily put up with all of my questions about the other parts of the fridge, and was very patient answering our questions. The fridge was cleaner than when he started the job, and he made us feel supported.
They returned every call we had, and reached out after the fact to verify no other issues came up.

You don't want to have the use them, but when the time comes there is nobody better in the Twin Ports and surrounding area. I've had them over to work on multiple appliances over the years and they've been great every time. They're fast, they communicate with you every step of the way and the work they do is top-notch. I won't call anyone else for appliance service.

Tom was very responsive and even and to come out the day I called and successfully dismissed the issue. He returned a few days later with the last and got my washing machine back to she running. Friendly, professional, customer oriented service liked this can be hard to find. I highly recommend better service for your repair needs.
