If I could give negative stars I would….
I called for water coming out of the shower drain and the “plumber” came out and took hair out of the drain said that was the issue. Two weeks later my house is still clogged and they say they are not responsable for the clog which was the original complaint. Paid $300 for this garbage!
Will never use this company again. And I hope that people pay attention because these companies are out here extorting people out of money.
Btw no worries I unclogged it myself!
If water is coming out of the drain instead of pooling then yes the tub is clogged but water coming up to the shower then there is a clog a...If I could give negative stars I would….

From the first phone call with the service manager and his office staff to the wonderful service Cooper provided we could not be more pleased.
