Bestway Appliance Repair

This business is a joke. They were supposed to show up on 11/14/25 to fix a child lock issue on my washing machine. No show, no call. I called them that night they rescheduled for the next day11/15/25. A guy with almost no tools, no English language skills shows up late. He told me he had no idea how to clear the child lock code on my dryer. Please don't represent that you are an appliance repair company if you can't clear a cl code!!!

Did not show up and my food in my fridge went bad. The dispatcher’s response “technician is not answering their phones” 😐
