I don't know why their rating wouldn't be 5 stars from everyone but I guess we all see things differently and have a different experience. I can not say enough great things about Brenda and Chris. After a horrible experience with a 4.5 - 5 star rated company and a refund from them it was so bad, I called on Bestway. The previous company quoted me a $300 repair for my dishwasher and did not deduct the service call from the repair so my total would have been $400 for the other company.
Brenda responded to my request and worked with scheduling me via text message while I was at work. Technician Chris arrived promptly in a clean vehicle dressed appropriately and addressed my repair immediately. He was able to fix my dishwasher with a service call and saved me the unnecessary $400 from the previous repair service. Go ahead and give them a call. They've earned my business and I will NEVER call on anyone else but Bestway for my appliance repair needs.

These folks are great ! I called them one morning with a broken stove/oven. The technician (Chris) showed up the same afternoon. He was knowledgeable , polite , and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is the only appliance technician I've ever met that seemed to actually know exactly what he was doing, not just guessing. After getting the parts in, I was cooking again in less than 48 hrs. The wonderful lady (Brenda) in the office could not have been more kind and understanding of my situation, and accommodated me in the most professional way possible. The office staff was super nice and the communication from them was great. However, after I took off work to be at home to wait for the repair guy for a second visit, (received a reminder call the day prior and also that morning with an updated timeframe), I was informed halfway through the day that he wasn’t coming - and was never planning on it. He “knew” what the issue was (even though the issue got worse after he replaced the first part) and didn’t need to come out. Granted, he did say on the first visit the issue could return and said to call them if it did. He did not say it would be XYZ part if it did and that he wouldn’t need to come...The office staff was super nice and the communication from them was great. Yeah…he didn’t did such a horrible job of cleaning it up that I had to take everything out of the fridge and clean the dried yogurt up after he left. I feel the communication from the repair guy was sorely lacking. First time using and will be the last. Only reason they got 2 stars is the nice lady on the phone. This guy needs more guidance.
