Brain has helped me with many computer issues over the years. On one occasion I could not get my sisters computer to start up. I called Brian up and he said there was something in the A drive. I told him I already pushed the eject button. He very calmly and patiently begged me to actually look inside the slot. My little nieces had stuffed the slot with paper clips, rubber bands, hair accessories and many other small unidentifiable things. This story is typical for his computer knowledge, and patient experienced costumer service. Its only rarely that the adorable antics of my nieces have come into these interactions.
