Technician, Serge, arrived on time , fully prepared for the job, even bringing a new icemaker . He was so helpful in explaining how we change the filter, showed us exactly how to open the tricky button the opens the top compartment where the filter is housed. He was extremely pleasant and honest - telling us we didn’t need a new icemaker. I would definitely use this company again. Lynn
