Excellent Service! I got all my appliances from them for a very reasonable price, it has been 8 months and we haven’t had any problems with them. They were able to help me find a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove that all match and everyone who comes to visit says they look really good. The washer and dryer I got from them also match and they are all high quality machines. Thank you Best Home Appliance!

we had a problem with our Double oven and called Best Home appliance. Their technician came to our home that day. He worked on our oven and told us it needed a new board. We paid him $674.51 to cover the part needed and the installation cost. The board did not work. After two more trips to our home, we are still without an oven. We asked for a refund of payment and they apologized for the problems and agreed to a full refund. We have called numerous times to confirm that our money is returned. They've assured us that "the check's in the mail". We agreed to come pick up the check, but there is no address listed for the company.
