I’ve call 3 days in a row and not gotten a live person. I’ve left a message each time for a return call and not gotten one. I have happily used them for years but this has never happened.

Best Glass was great for me. They were able to come out to measure a window, custom order a pane, and get it installed in a week’s time.

I've had them out to replace broken panes in my living room window twice now, and they're always very professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Next time the dog breaks one, I'll be calling them again!
