Ryan and team were fantastic. He was clear and honest about the state of our fireplaces and chimneys and offered multiple solutions. We never felt pressured to do anything and had multiple cost based solutions. Overall a wonderful company to work with and would highly recommend and use again for current house or any future projects! Thanks for being great!
I was referred to Best Chimney Services by Critter Ridders, after engaging them to evict a possum from our attic. Best Chimney was needed to put a new cap on my chimney so that future generations of possums were encouraged to find accommodations elsewhere. Ryan of Best Chimney came out promptly and provided an immediate estimate, which I accepted on the spot. The cap had to be custom made and would take 3-4 weeks, but in the meantime very strong winds tore off the existing caps. I called Ryan and he and his crew came out the next day to put temporary protection up. I could not possibly have asked for better or quicker service. Ryan and... Ryan and crew are also friendly, funny and extremely pleasant to work with, which is always appreciated. The job was a complex one, as the cap was HUGE and the chimney itself was old—built with the house in 1978 and I’d bet had never had maintenance work done. Best Chimney had to powerwash, tuck-point extensively, and re-build several of the stone areas that fell apart with simple powerwashing. They also recommended a great company to me for some flashing work that was needed. I would recommend Best Chimney Services to anyone! They are terrific!
Ryan/Dalton/Dom are experienced craftsmen making a week long fireplace replacement actually enjoyable. Respectful to my home, time and pet friendly. Fixed so many hidden problems and now having warm nights. Definitely recommend 💯
Ryan and his crew were excellent! They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. Ryan is a great young man, knowledgeable, honest, sharp, completely customer oriented and relentless when it comes to meeting a challenge. We had challenges matching our brick, which is no longer in production, but Ryan figured out an excellent solution, which involved more time and labor than he originally estimated, and about which he never complained. Best is right. We were given a glowing referral for their abilities, and they did an awesome job installing a wood burning insert in our chimney so that we could have a highly efficient and beautiful wood burning fire for heat and beauty. They also found brick that matched our chimney and extended it to the proper height to meet code. They were very communicative throughout the work, and it looks and works wonderfully. Highly Recommend!
