Great communication and quick service!

Exceptionally thorough and absolutely honest. Called them to repair our 11-12 year old KitchenAid gas range/oven, they quoted $60 for a service visit which would apply to any repair done. Vitalii arrived on time, spent over two hours thoroughly troubleshooting the oven. This oven has an oddly complex door latch that interacts with a lot of other features; he could not tell for sure if the fault was on the main board or in the door latch. The door latch part was $440 and the main board $750, so he told us he could order the door latch, install it, and if it did not fix the issue, return it and then order the main board. We did that, paying half ($220) up front. The door latch came in about 10 days, but after another hour of work by Vitalii, he confirmed the main board was bad. He told us that the main board price had now gone up to $950 and was out of stock, so at least 2+ weeks to get it, and asked if we still wanted to proceed. We decided to just buy a new gas range/oven. Vitalii reassembled ours (so we could use the range), and Best & Beyond Appliance Repair immediately refunded $160 of our earlier payment even though Vitalii spent over 3 hours across two visits trying to fix our oven.

Simon and Natasha are great - They really do go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need without overcharging. Our dishwasher just wouldn't turn on, so Simon let us use a temporary circuit board without charge to see if that was the problem (plus our particular part was taking a while to ship), and we were able to figure out that no board, not even the new one, was going to fix it. He didn't charge us for the return visits to assess the board, but we paid him for the installation of a new dishwasher. He also saved us money for hauling away the old one by disassembling it and we had the bulk trash truck pick it up. He was patient and friendly through the whole process, not troubled at all by return visits, and Natasha was very helpful with scheduling. I did have to call in to give him updates, but he always came by very quickly when I did. This was the second time we used them, would use them again!

Simon worked on our L G washer and dryer and did a great job. We would hire him again!

Knowledgeable, professional service with a timely response and good communications about arrival time. My freezer fan problem was diagnosed right away and when the part came in two days later , it was replaced in 10 minutes. In the future, I will always choose these guys if needed for repairs.

Needed repair of very noisy dryer of a stacking washer/dryer. Notification was re lived vis text when service technician was on the way and showed up well within the service time window. Technician was conscience of work area and left it as he found it. Price was reasonable.

They are really friendly and helpful. They also won't try to sell you something you don't need. I like when a texh is straight forward with me, and Simon was exactly that.
