Bruno was absolutely wonderful! He was very nice and helpful from the outset. His communication is on point! He and his guys have really helped me out a ton. I had a previous contractor that tried to get my subfloor level for laying down new LVP after pulling up nylonilyn but pretty much made it worse. Bruno and his team fixed it and put down new flooring which is BEAUTIFUL, all in 1 day. It went from being bumpy, unstable and loose to now being even, tight and flat thanks to Bruno. It feels very stable now. There are only 3 places that dip they couldn't get perfect but I think it's because my appliances are too heavy and is causing that to h...Bruno was absolutely wonderful! Bruno was a pleasure to work with! From getting estimates to final communications post-install, everything was seamless. The team did a beautiful job installing new subfloor and white oak wood flooring. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will absolutely be using Bertolli again in the future.
