Called Bens Garage Door Repair for emergency garage repair on Saturday evening to see if they could come out, even though they couldn't (way on the other side of the county) he explained how to close our garage door manually. And said to call back if we had any more questions or problems. That is a lot more than the other companies offered.
He came out the next day to assess the damage and fix it to where we are able to use the door until the replacement parts come in. Ben is awesome. Thank you.
