Jesse was great. He was on time and gave me an accurate estimate. He explained the procedure in detail. Very professional. Dominic was the best backhoe/digger operator I have ever seen. He was very precise and the septic tank was installed perfectly along with the reconnection of the sewer lines and connections back the septic tank. His assistant was also great and hard working. I was very happy with the septic tank replacement.

Randall did a fantastic job from start to finish. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and stayed late until the job was completely finished. He promised I would have water back on that same evening—and he kept that promise. The temperature was freezing cold, and Randall worked straight through it without complaint. His professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customer. I would absolutely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and especially Randall, to anyone needing plumbing work done correctly and reliably

So when I had a drain line compromised due to tree roots I happily accepted their bid that was reasonable and lower than the competition. The job was done quickly with great availability. The only reason for the low rating is due to how the employees handled the job and their work ethic after leaving. The drain line ran through the garage and into my utility room and they did not use the proper steps to protect and of the appliances as there were scuff marks covered on them, additionally the walls and floors were covered with scuff marks from being rubbed on an...
