Chris expertly replaced our leaking 80-gallon water heater, wedged in a tight space, with a 50-gallon Bradford White model. He was able to come quickly and explain our options. We are very happy with the choices we made and we’re pleased by Chris’ timeliness, professionalism and perfectionism. He’s our plumber now!
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received today. Two technicians arrived to install a water meter, but spent the duration of the visit consulting ChatGPT and YouTube videos to figure out the process. Not only did they fail to finish the installation, but they actually broke our previously functioning water system. We are now unable to use our showers or bathrooms, and the service desk informed us they cannot return until tomorrow. Leaving a family without working water due to a lack of technical expertise is completely unacceptable. We will not be using this company again.
