Chris was awesome! He worked late into the night to replace our leaking water heater, so we would hot water the next day. He answers our questions and helped us understand how a water heater could go bad so quickly (builder grade cheap water heater). We are so thankful to Chris for his hard-work.

They graciously donated a toilet and installation for Cudas Unhooked in New Smyrna Beach, supporting our mission to help local homeless and at-risk youth. Not only did they install their donated toilet, but they also went above and beyond by installing two additional toilets donated by another vendor. A huge thank you to Dave Crousnse and Elliott Russian for their kindness and community spirit, and to Michael Peterson for his outstanding work. Michael was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space—he had everything... Chris gave us transparency, honesty and over the top service. Benjamin Franklin was a thorough top of the line choice. We had to replace our tankless water heater from the original one when house was built 5 years ago because the original installer did not have the filter on the system, so everything was burned up. We also have had very hard, gritty water and decided to do the water softener all at the same time. Again, they were honest, transparent and not pushy/salesy. It was soooo appreciated!
