I reached out to Benitez Concrete Construction because of foundation settlement issue with my home. Paul replied promptly after I submitted an inquiry in their website and came to my house the next day with his foreman. After reviewing the situation in my house, Paul suggested different options from affordable short term repairs to more comprehensive solutions. Paul is very knowledgable with respect to the whole process, explaining each step along the way and overcoming the inevitable challenges that arise. His lead (Martins) is a magician with concrete, very hands on and inspiring the whole crew to keep everything moving forward. Quality of the finished foundation was excellent, receiving praise from other contractors and city inspections alike. Job site was kept clean and orderly.
