Dan's been out a few times over the last 5+ years for both repair and cleaning. Customer service for these guys is outstanding. I would recommend them all day long compared to their larger competitors.
Incredible Work. They came out to fix my fireplace last night at 6 PM, even after running late at another job, because they wanted to make sure everything was taken care of before the holiday. (Shout out Dave) That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. They did an excellent job, were professional and friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Even took the time to educate me a little bit about how the system should work! I truly appreciate their hard work and the extra effort they put in. Highly recommend!
