I went in looking for a decent refrigerator and was completely ignored by the staff. The store itself also appears run-down and could really benefit from a proper remodel to improve the overall shopping experience

Will never forget, how we were so mislead by JR Rocha sales consultant, he informed us we were going to get a 350.00 rebate, after purchasing 11,000$ in appliances, after calling him he said he did it correctly and we should get it, after 3 hr on the phone with the company they said we were mislead and called Bemis back they told us they could not do anything about it. Me very aware of the promise you are given, will not go back to that store ever again

We purchased 4 new appliances for our church. Everyone was very professional. The delivery guys that came out were outstanding. They took away our old appliances and brought in the new ones. I have had many things delivered over the years and their crew is absolutely professional and kind. They made sure everything was unpacked and cleaned up all the stuff when they were done. Best delivery service ever!! Thank you to everyone for making our experience a memorable one!
