We had a small job done by Beitler's Chimney Service and were very happy with the company. They were very responsive to my emails and calls, communication was clear, and the job was done quickly and professionally. They were even able to quickly reschedule when a snow storm delayed our original date. We would definitely recommend this company.
I waited a while to write a review. Here is my opinion. Tom and April are wonderful to deal with. We purchased our home in 2013 and until 2025 we never used the wood burning insert mostly because I feared it needed work. I called around to seek quotes and Beitlers was the first to respond. The appointment was set pretty quick for an inspection. Tom completed the inspection with recommendation but no pressure to use his business. I reached out to April and requested Tom come install a new Empire insert, stainless liner and fix all chimney concerns. Tom was out here quick to install. It did take him a few trips to complete the chimney repair work only due to weather which would impact drying off repairs. April was great at scheduling. Tom also installed a clean out and he looked over every detail meticulously. On the way out he already had me scheduled for a cleaning in 2026. My family is beyond happy with the communication and work Beitler's has done to improve our home. We are now enjoying our fireplace and his recommendation for the Empire insert was amazing as it puts out a lot of heat. My wife and child want to live downstairs and thanks to Beitlers we plan to finish our basement so we can enjoy the ambience of our new Empire stove. Don't think about it just call.
Tom was great. Quick, went directly to work. He was well prepared. He cleaned up nicely, no residue. Pictures were a nice touch. He sent estimates for needed repairs. Good job.
